How do I get in contact with Hislippz?

How long is processing & shipping?

Please allow 24-72 hours for processing. Please then allow 3-5 business days before receiving your order, we thrive to make sure we are putting out the best products for you. All orders will be sent using USPS first class mail.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5 pm. will be shipped the same day. (Excluding holidays) All orders placed after 5 pm. will be processed the following business day.

How can I check the status of my order?

After your order has been placed through our website you will receive a confirmation email or text In addition, after your products have been shipped off you will receive a follow-up confirmation which will include your tracking number for your package.

How do I return a product?

We apologize if a product is not to your liking, unfortunately there will be no refunds after orders have been shipped off.

What do I do if my package it lost?

Hislippz cannot be responsible for packages that may get lost in the mail after tracking number is provided. We are also not be responsible for any packages that state "Delivered" Please contact our shipping provider (USPS) if this does happen.
